  Bilvapriya is one of our residential projects. This residence is the magnificent brick façade; it is the combination of Classic and Rustic look with one piece crafted frame (door). It is a residence which started from a concept of “THOTI MANE “& got modernized with a level added up with few features. We wanted the resident to experience the traditional feel while living in between the modern city. So here we introduced earthy material like exposed brick, Kota - Jaisalmer flooring, laterite walls, lime stone etc.   The planning was a simple square shape where we were inspired by “Form Follows Function” motive. Terracotta Jalli wall works around the skylights are the existing elements, which makes you feel the running shadow throughout the house like Play of Shadows.
